Really Tiny Book Light: Review

Quite often we get called up to bed early by our little boy who
has woken up and won’t go back to sleep in his own bed.

Without fail every night he ends up in our bed, we don’t mind
at all as usually we put him to bed around 7pm and wake up the next morning to
find him lying next to us in our bed.

He rarely disturbs us, however now and again he will get up
before 10pm and won’t go back to his bed so one of us usually ends up going up
with him.

As its early most nights we just aren’t tired enough to go
to sleep, so we will often read the news, social media or play games on our
mobiles, my husband often says he wishes he could read his book.

I was delighted when That Company Called IF sent me The
Really Tiny Book Light to review.

I was sent the purple light, which features;
A clip so the light stays on top of your book so
you can read in the dark.

It rotates to a full 90 degree angle position.

Easy press on/off switch.

Handy travel size

The light takes 3 x AG3 (LR41) round batteries. I am aware
that these batteries can be dangerous to children so always make sure that the
back is properly on and when I have finished with it I keep it out of reach of
my children, as I feel that they could easily open the battery compartment.

The light itself is easy to use, just clip it to your book
and push the on switch. It has a very bright light which is excellent for such
a small gadget.

I like how it can be angled in different positions, so if my
husband is using it he can angle it so it is not so bright when I am trying to
get to sleep.

The build does feel quite flimsy and, it is very light so I would
be careful not to store it anywhere where it could easily get damaged, for
example if you are travelling you could maybe store it in your glasses case or

Overall The Really Tiny Book Light certainly does what it is
suppose too and it is a real bargain at just over £5!

  1. This is a fantastic idea! My two boys share a room, but they are 9 and 4, so often my eldest wants to read when the younger one is sleeping. Thanks for linking up with #TriedTested
