Today is the day that the world of Nanables launches! The world of Nanables is a colourful, ultra small, whimsical world of imaginative lands with details “eye-candy” dwellings with Nanos, the unique inhabitants who call them home.
There are two themed lands to collect and explore, Sweetness Town and Rainbow Way. Each highly detailed dwelling includes two unique Nanos with built-in hangouts, such as on a balcony, inside a doorway and special places unique to each house.
We were sent 6 Nanable dwellings to explore; Dusted Donut Diner, Milk & Cookie Mill, Sparkle Day Spa, Rainbow-tique and Twinkle Twinkle Inn. On receiving the Nanables my kids scrambled to choose which ones they wanted. My daughter dived for the Sparkle Day Spa, no surprise there as it is designed to look like a unicorn!
On opening the boxes the children were delighted to discover an extra Nano hiding underneath the little houses. The Nanos themselves are very small but can be stored in the doorways of the homes, as well as on various other areas of the dwellings.
Each house also has an extra special feature! Peek through the window using the integrated viewer and be immersed in each of the houses. You will get a glimpse at the colourful interior and a taste of what life is like for the Nanos! This is such a lovely extra added little feature. I don’t know why but the remind me of the Small Small World ride at Disneyland. They’re quite magical!
You can also get extra play value with the free downloadable app where you can scan your Nanables house, bringing the Nanos’ world to life using augmented reality. The app unlocks exclusive content, with unique activities and games for each house.
The more houses you collect, the more activities to enjoy. My daughter very much enjoys playing on the app. We did have trouble when trying to scan the Twinkle Twinkle Inn onto the app. It appeared the image wouldn’t fit the house. However my daughter was able to scan the house herself.
