RRP £119.99. The cottage is incredibly easy to put together. It took us less
than 15 minutes it comes with a handy tool so nothing additional is needed.

What makes this playhouse even more fantastic is the
extra little features it has. These include the working mailbox, window
shutters. arched doorways and brick effect. It also comes complete with its own
flag holder, although no flag is provided with this product.

The kids love opening and closing the windows and doors! My
daughters favourite thing to do though is play post office, she loves the
mailbox and she also uses the shutter windows as her shop. The Cape Cottage
really does let your child into a world of imaginative play!
We love the colours of the playhouse and the additional
stickers make it even more realistic. Although there are larger Little Tikes
play houses available, Cape Cottage is a good size for two children to play in
happily. It’s perfect for those with a smaller garden, just like us. It
measures 120cm (H) x 122cm (W) x 93cm (D).
It’s incredibly lightweight and
therefore easy to move around or turn over to clean. There are holes in the
base if you wanted to you could anchor it down.

There is plenty of room inside if you wanted to add a
play kitchen for extra fun! Or a small table and chair so they can draw outside
or have a picnic!
