Diet Chef: Week One

Since having had two babies in the last two years I have been trying to get back my pre baby body!

I have tried body wraps, exercise and many diets! 
I was delighted therefore to be able to review Diet Chef. I have heard a lot about Diet Chef on the TV, in magazines and from my friends. 
Diet chef will provide you with breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack for every day of the week. Each meal is calorie counted and portioned. All of the work is done by them all you have to do is stick to it. 
What’s more they have different payment options to suit your budget and at just £6.61 a day your purse will be feeling a lot heavier too!
So here is how my first week went. 
Starting weight: 10 stone 13lbs
Breakfast: Porridge with banana and vanilla 
Lunch: Lemon and herb bulgar wheat and couscous pot
Snack: Chocolate soft cookie
Dinner: Tuna Rigatoni
Breakfast: Chocolate Granola
Lunch: Carrot and Butterbean Soup
Snack: Cranberry Protein Bar
Dinner: Sweet and Sour Chicken Tray

Breakfast:Treacle and Pecan Granola
Lunch: Creamy Pesto
Snack: Chocolate Soft Cookie
Dinner: Chicken Jalfrezi

Breakfast: Strawberry Porridge
Lunch: Spiced Bulgar Wheat
Snack: Sweet and Salty Popcorn
Dinner: Vegetable Curry

Breakfast: Fruit and Oat Soft Cookie
Lunch: Chicken Mulligatawny Soup
Snack: Salted Popcorn
Dinner: Macaroni Cheese

Beeakfast: Luxury Muesli
Lunch: Tomato and Herb Wheat
Snack: Cheese and Onion Flavour Bakes
Dinner: Coq Au Vin

Breakfast: Chocolate Granola
Lunch: Strawberry Flavour Milkshake
Snack: Sweet and Salty Popcorn
Dinner: Pork Meatballs

Weight at the end of week one: 10 stone 11lbs
I have to say I was a bit worried that I hadn’t actually lost any weight, but I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the scales! 
I am impressed with the variety and the quality of the food. The cranberry protien bar and sweet and salty popcorn are absolutely delicious, and definitely my favourite snack!
I defintely can’t wait to start week two!
