Lunch: Curried Parsnip Soup
Snack: Ginger Oat Biscuit

Lunch: Carrot and Corriander Soup
Snack: Berry Oat Biscuit
Dinner: Vegetable Curry

Breakfast: Original Granola
Lunch: Spiced Bulgar Wheat 
Snack: Strawberry and Apple Oat Bar
Dinner: Pasta Bolognaise


Breakfast: Chocolate and Current Soft Cookie
Lunch: Chocolate Milkshake
Snack: Paprika Bites
Dinner: Chicken Tikka Masala


Breakfast: Apple and Cinnamon Porridge
Lunch: Lemon and Herb Bulgar Wheat
Snack: Sour Cream and Chive Bites
Dinner: Chicken in Black Bean Sauce


Breakfast: Chocolate and Currant Soft Cookie
Lunch: Cream of Tomato Soup
Snack: Sweet Maple Popcorn
Dinner: Pasta Carbonara


Breakfast: Original Granola
Lunch: Spiced Bulgar Wheat
Snack: Strawberry and Apple Oat Bar
Dinner: Chilli Con Carne
At the end of my final week of Diet Chef I have lost a grand total of 9 pounds.
It has at times been difficult to stick to the diet and I will admit the odd piece of cake or packet of cross here and there but it has been worthwhile sticking to the diet in order to lose the weight. 
Some meals and snacks filled me up more than others such as the popcorn and some meals didn’t have a lot of flavour to them but all meals were satisfying. 
My favourite breakfast has to be the Chocolate and Current Soft Cookie, my favourite lunch is the Creamy Pesto Pot, favourite snack is the Cranberry Protien bar (I really wish I’d ordered more of these, they really are delicious!) and lastly my favourite dinner is the Chilli Con Carne. 
I do feel that there could be a bit more of a variety in the selection of lunch options, and possibly a bit more quantity in each meal as well but all in all I have very much enjoyed losing weight with Diet Chef.
