Breakfast: Original Granola
Lunch: Vanilla Flavour Protein Bar
Snack: Salted Popcorn
Dinner: Macaroni Cheese


Breakfast: Vanilla and Banana Porridge
Lunch: Strawberry Milkshake
Snack: Salted Pretzels
Dinner: Pork Meatballs


Breakfast: Fruit and Oat Soft Cookie
Lunch: Mushroom Soup
Snack: Chocolate Oat Bar
Dinner: Vegetable Chilli


Breakfast: Strawberry Porridge
Lunch: Vanilla Protein Bar
Snack: Paprika Flavour Bakes
Dinner: Chicken Jalfrezi


Breakfast: Gluten Free Muesli
Lunch: Chicken Mulligatawny Soup
Snack: Chocolate Oat Bar
Dinner: Tuna Rigatoni
I have to say my favourite meals so far tend to be the protein bars and pastas they are full of flavour and keep me feeling full for a good few hours. 
At the end of my third week I had lost another 2 pounds, slowly but steadily the weight is dropping off. 
I do feel I need to mention that over this past year I have been struggling with weight gain due to recently being diagnosed with hypothyroidism and have found it incredibly difficult to lose weight and more importantly to keep it off. I am therefore very happy to be able to lose even a couple of pounds!
