Diet Chef: Week 2

Lunch: Minestrone Soup
Snack: Sweet Maple Popcorn
Dinner: Chicken Curry


Breakfast: Apple and Cinnamon Porridge
Lunch: Chocolate Milkshake
Snack: Berry Oat Biscuits
Dinner: Pasta Carbonara


Breakfast: Gluten Free Fruity Oats Muesli
Lunch: Chunky Vegetable Soup
Snack: N/A (due to sickness)
Dinner: N/A


Breakfast: Fruit and Oat Soft Cookie
Lunch: N/A
Snack: N/A
Dinner: N/A

Unfortunately too unwell to eat

SATURDAY – Starting to feel better and get my appetite back, yay!

Breakfast: Gluten Free Porridge Oats
Lunch: Cream of Tomato Soup
Snack: Cheese and Onion Flavour Bakes
Dinner: Chicken Chasseur

Breakfast: Luxury Muesli
Lunch: Carrot and Coriander Soup
Snack: Fruit and Spice Oat Biscuit
Dinner: Chicken in Black Bean Sauce

Despite being unwell this week I was still able to enjoy my diet chef meals most if the time. I do kind of wish that I had taken a bit more time in selecting the meals as I feel I would have liked to have more options for lunch as I have chosen mainly soups and milkshake. 
End of week 2 weight: 10 stone 7
Yay that’s 4 whole pounds!!! Granted some of that is down to the fact that I was too poorly to eat some days but in still over the moon with the loss!
