Bluestone Wales Day 3

The weather today is pretty bad we decided to book one of the children’s activities called Lola Nature Art it was priced at £7 each and last time we came to Bluestone the kids did a messy play session which they loved so I knew they’d love this too.

Unfortunately though our little boy decided to have a nap at the lodge as we were about to leave so we missed the activity.
We spent the morning at the Adventure Centre playing in the sensory circus room and in the soft play downstairs as welll as on the bouncy castle.

The Farmhouse Grill

We then headed to the farmhouse grill for some lunch we were a bit disappointed at finding out they only serve soup and sandwiches between 11am and 3pm but when the food came out we were far from disappointed.

The Brie and cranberry sandwiches were delicious as was the cream of veg soup and each came with tortilla chips and salad.

Book Your Next Stay On Site

After lunch we stopped by the booking office and booked our next Bluestone holiday! I had seen an offer where by if you book your next holiday to Bluestone while you’re staying there you get £50 off so it really was hard not too book!
For £139 for 4 nights for 2 adults and 2 children it really is a fantastic price plus our in laws also booked a lodge so they can come with us.
We then had a look around the toy store and played in the wooden outdoor park.

Blue Lagoon

In the afternoon we decided to go swimming. The blue lagoon is located on site and offers free access to guests staying at Bluestone which is amazing.
The kids area has changed since we last came and we were a bit disappointed that the slide has been removed all together and replaced with some squirting pumping water statues, these were quite hard for us to use let alone the kids but it was still a great time. The kids loved playing in the rock pools and going around the lazy river.

Knights Tafarn

Afterwards we went to the Knights Tafarn for food which was really yummy. I had a jacket potato and the kids shared a pasta.

This was our last day in Bluestone we had to come home a day early due to personal reasons but we absolutely love Bluestone and can’t wait to return next year!
Thank you very to the Bluestone Marketing Team for inviting us to stay.
