SwimSeal Review

Who doesn’t love swimming! As a family we try to take the children swimming when we get the chance, and we recently went on holiday so swimming was a must! I have taken my daughter swimming before and she has had a few swimming lessons, but she used to complain later on in the day that her ears were hurting her. I didn’t really know what I could do to help prevent this. Then I was contacted by SwimSeal

SwimSeal is a unique solution that acts as a water-repellant coating in the ear canal preventing water from becoming trapped. Trapped water causes discomfort and painful ears and can lead to ear infections.

The main features of SwimSeal include;

· Natural antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal (topical treatment only)

· Prevents trapped water and other water related ear infections.

· Will not build up and cause congestion in the ear

· Does not impair hearing or balance

· Will not sting or dry out the ear

· Suitable for all ages

The bottle is 7.5ml which may not sound like much, but it actually provides over 100 applications.

Im always a bit dubious of putting drops etc into my ears as its not a particularly nice feeling, and when I used SwimSeal it’s the same as putting any other drops in your ears but this feeling doesn’t last long and to be honest you don’t even notice anything there after a few minutes. It only takes 2-3 drops and it’s done. I had to persuade my daughter to use the drops after I had and hoped her ears would be better after this swim than our other previous swims.

After our swim I was waiting to hear my daughter complain about her ears but she didn’t. sometimes she complains the next morning but again she didn’t, so I can only assume that SwimSeal has actually done the trick! Which is absolutely fantastic! She started swimming lessons at the beginning of the year, she is only 4, and I think the discomfort she had in her ears afterwards is the reason why she decided to give up the lessons so hopefully after a few more swims with the family she will be ready to return.

I would recommend SwimSeal as it does appear to work, and with the price at only £7.99 I’d say its definitely worth it.

This Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) approved product is suitable for all ages and is easy to use. Simply apply 2-3 drops in each ear before exposure to water, safely preventing trapped water and protecting the ear.
