The Gro Company: Gro Bag

I have always used baby sleep bags with both of my children. I find that they're when they're little they're so wriggly that its almost near impossible to keep a blanket or a duvet over them to keep them warm, and another thing is I worry about how safe a duvet would be, for example, if the baby slipped underneath it would it be breathable?

A safe alternative therefore is a sleep bag. Sleep bags keep baby nice and warm without the worry.

One such sleep bag is the Grobag. The Grobag is 100% cotton and meets British safety standards, as has also won the Mother and Baby Gold Awards in a number of categories including best nursery item and travel sleep product or travel cot.

The Grobag opens easily for night time changes, with shoulder poppers and zip fastenings. there is also a chin guard at the top of the zip to prevent rubbing.

I was sent the Tribal Travel Grobag to review in size 6-18 months and a cosy 2.5 tog.

I love the unisex design of this Grobag and I can really feel the quality is to a high standard.

What's even better though than most other baby sleep bags is the travel feature on the Grobag. With a velcro opening on the back of the bag and the double zip on the front, the Grobag fits a 5 point harness making it the perfect accessory for parents on the go.

My family and I are going on holiday next month and as it will be a long car journey I will be sure to bring the Grobag with me so my 10 month old son can sleep snugly in his car seat.

Even though this Grobag is age 6-18 months there is plenty of room in it to last longer than that as you can see by my dainty 2 year old daughter modelling it in the photos below!
