Diet Chef: Week One

Since having had two babies in the last two years I have been trying to get back my pre baby body!

I have tried body wraps, exercise and many diets!

I was delighted therefore to be able to review Diet Chef. I have heard a lot about Diet Chef on the TV, in magazines and from my friends.

Diet chef will provide you with breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack for every day of the week. Each meal is calorie counted and portioned. All of the work is done by them all you have to do is stick to it.

What's more they have different payment options to suit your budget and at just £6.61 a day your purse will be feeling a lot heavier too!

So here is how my first week went.

I have to say I was a bit worried that I hadn't actually lost any weight, but I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the scales!

I am impressed with the variety and the quality of the food. The cranberry protien bar and sweet and salty popcorn are absolutely delicious, and definitely my favourite snack!

I defintely can't wait to start week two!
